Every business describes its products in its own words. A shoe shop talks about sizes, a perfume shop about volume and scent, a spare parts counter about brand and reference. Almawarid's product catalogue adapts to your trade, not the other way round.
Your attributes, in your words
A product that comes in several versions becomes a model with its variants. You name its attribute yourself, for example “Shoe size”, then you type its values: 39, 40, 41. A second one is added when the product needs it, such as “Colour”. Almawarid creates one variant per combination, each with its own price, stock and barcode.
- One attribute or two, depending on the product: a perfume by volume, a sneaker by size and colour.
- What you created comes back ready: the next product offers the attributes you already used, with their values, and one click removes the one that does not apply.
- One variant per line when needed: at a spare parts counter, “Bosch : 0451103314” is a single line, not a grid of empty boxes.
Several barcodes for the same product
The same product arrives as a unit and as a carton, a supplier changes its code, another prints its own. You add as many codes as needed on the product sheet, one per line. The scanner, the stock count, the stock search and the till find the product with any of them. A code belongs to a single product: no mix-up at the till.
The rest of the sheet, the way you work
- Equivalent references: at a spare parts counter, the manufacturer's reference and those of other makers find the same part.
- Location and bin: each product has its place, aisle, shelf, bin, printed on the label and on the stock count sheet.
- Your own fields: origin, producer, grade; those you make public appear when a customer scans the QR code on the label.
- Batches and expiry dates: entered when you receive your purchases, so that what must go first is sold first.
Everything works online, on a computer, tablet or phone: the sheet is saved, and the till, the stock and the invoices read it at once.

Frequently asked questions
Do my current products change?
No. Your products and their variants stay as they are. The new options appear on the product sheet when you need them.
Can I set default names for my whole shop?
Yes. In Settings, Stock section, you choose the names offered everywhere, for example Size and Colour. Each product can then use its own.
What happens if I add a barcode already used by another product?
Almawarid refuses it on the product sheet and tells you which product already carries it: a scan always finds a single product.
