What is POS software?
A point of sale (POS) system replaces the classic cash register. It records every sale, computes the change, prints a receipt and updates your stock automatically — no more notebook and calculator.

The cash session: float, count and variance
At opening you enter the cash float. At day's end the app computes the expected cash (float + cash sales); you count the drawer and it shows the variance — short or over — for tight control of the till.
Stock updates itself
Every sale automatically deducts stock from the right warehouse. You always know what's left and get alerted before a stock-out. The POS shares the same product record as your stock and invoicing.
On phone and on desktop
Phone edition: the same till in your pocket.
On desktop the cart stays on the right for speed. On phone it becomes a sheet that slides up from the bottom with a big «Pay» button — ideal for a mobile seller or a small shop.

Do I need a special printer? No. An 80 mm thermal printer is enough; you can also just display the receipt on screen.
