Close-up of a desk where an employer and a new employee sign a contract, with a second copy and a laptop beside them

A new employee starts on Sunday, another asks for a salary certificate for the bank, a third is leaving and waiting for a work certificate. The Almawarid HR documents module produces these papers from what you have already entered: name, position, hiring date and salary fill themselves in, in French or in Arabic.

The copied Word template: mistakes that end up signed

In many companies, the employment contract is an old Word file where the name is changed at each hire. Someone forgets to change the date, the position or the previous employee's salary, and the document goes off to be signed with the mistake. The work certificate is the same exercise, repeated with every request.

Language makes it harder: one administration wants the document in Arabic, the bank prefers French, and a version translated in a hurry no longer says quite the same thing. As for the forms of the CNAS social-security fund, they are filled in by pen, and a mistyped social-security number always comes back.

Data entered once, documents produced on demand

Almawarid starts from your records: company name, address and trade register come from the company settings; name, staff number, social-security number, hiring date, position and salary come from the employee record. You choose a template, then the employee, and the document fills in; you complete whatever is missing while the preview updates live.

The library covers an employee's whole working life: permanent (CDI), fixed-term (CDD) and service contracts, work and salary certificates, leave slip, travel order, absence authorisation, warning letter, then the end-of-contract work certificate and final settlement when they leave, plus CNAS forms such as the hiring declaration. Most templates exist in both Arabic and French, and one button switches between them. Some official forms, such as the CNAS ATS certificate, are filled in directly on their original layout.

How it works, in four screens

  1. Documents & contracts: the template library, sorted into contracts, HR documents, CNAS documents, commercial and company documents, with a search by title.
  2. Fill for an employee: you pick the employee and their data flows into the template; their record also offers their usual documents as shortcuts.
  3. Live preview: the document builds up in front of you as you type; the “Switch to Arabic” or “Switch to French” button changes the template's language.
  4. Generate contract: the document is saved and its text stays freely editable; you print it as a PDF, download it as a Word file, share it with the team or keep it private.

What you gain

  • Two minutes instead of half an hour. What is already known is no longer retyped, document after document.
  • Fewer mistakes on official papers. Social-security number, hiring date and salary come from the record, not from copying.
  • The right document in the right language. Arabic or French depending on who receives it, from the same template.
  • Your own templates. A reworked document is saved as a personal template, ready for the next hire.
  • Tidy filing. Every document stays in “My documents”, as a draft or finalised; a finalised document can only be changed by its author.

Who is it for?

HR documents serves companies that hire, handle departures or regularly receive certificate requests, and want clean paperwork without going through a law firm every time.

  • SMEs that hire regularly

  • Shops and store networks
  • Schools, clinics and service companies
  • HR officers and small-business managers

Frequently asked questions

Do the templates comply with Algerian law?

The CDI and CDD contracts are drafted with reference to law 90-11 on labour relations, and their text remains fully editable. For a high-stakes contract or a specific clause, have the document reviewed by your legal adviser.

Can we get the document in both Arabic and French?

Yes for most templates: one button switches from Arabic to French on the same screen. A few templates are still Arabic-only, and the screen says so.

Can we edit a template's text?

Yes. Once generated, the document's text is freely editable, and you can save your version as a personal template.

What format does the document come in?

You print it or save it as a PDF from the screen, or download it as a Word file to rework it.

Does the module offer electronic signature?

No. The document is ready to print and sign by hand; electronic signature is not offered.

See the HR documents module on your own business

Come to the demo with an employee's record and the last contract you had signed: we rebuild the document in front of you, in French and in Arabic.

  • The demo. An advisor shows you the HR documents module on your own business, online and on your screen, and answers your questions. Request a demo.
  • The trial version. It is switched on with an advisor during the demo, on your own account: your real products, your real customers, and 14 days to work in it. Create your account to request it.
  • The customisation workshops. During the trial, we adapt the screens, documents and settings with you to the way you work. These workshops are free.

The HR documents module is switched on on request: ask for it during the demo, the advisor gives you its price, and you only pay if you decide to continue. The base plans are on the pricing page (in French).
