A post on social media, dozens of CVs in an inbox, a few more on WhatsApp, and the right profile forgotten somewhere between two messages. The Almawarid Recruitment module gathers each job offer and its candidates in one place: who applied, where they stand, and what you thought of them.
Scattered CVs: the right candidate gets lost along the way
When a small business hires, applications arrive from everywhere: by email, printed at the office, passed on by a colleague, sent as a photo to a phone. Nobody has the full list. The same candidate is called twice, the best profile is forgotten, and nobody remembers who was interviewed.
The problem grows with the number of positions: a salesperson, an accountant and a driver at the same time means three piles of CVs and three message threads. And those files hold personal data that travels unchecked between inboxes and phones.
One offer, one public page, one candidate pipeline
In Almawarid, you create the position in a few fields: title, department, contract type (permanent CDI, fixed-term CDD, internship or freelance), city, description, required profile, salary if you want to show it, and deadline. One tick box publishes it on the Almawarid public job board; each offer has its own address to share on your pages or in a message. Candidates apply without creating an account: name, email, phone, a short introduction and their CV as a PDF or Word file.
Every application lands under its position with a status: received, shortlisted, interview, offer sent, hired, rejected. CVs that arrive another way are added by hand, with their source. HR notes stay attached to the candidate, and the CV can only be downloaded by people in your company who have Recruitment access.
How it works, in five screens
- New position: you describe the offer: title, contract type, city, duties, required profile and deadline.
- Publish on the job board: one tick box makes the offer visible online; the candidate clicks “Apply”, fills in the form and attaches a CV, with no sign-up.
- Add a candidate: a CV received by email, through a referral or dropped at the office joins the same list, with its source: LinkedIn, referral, spontaneous application.
- Candidates: candidates are grouped by stage, with a counter for each stage; you change the status, write down your impressions and download the CV.
- Recruitment: the overview: open positions, candidates, ongoing interviews and hires; a position is closed or marked as filled in one click.
What you gain
- No candidate lost. All applications for a position sit in one list, wherever they came from.
- No duplicates. The same email address cannot apply twice to the same offer.
- A shared decision. HR notes stay on the candidate's record: whoever runs the second interview knows what was said in the first.
- Protected data. CVs and notes are visible only to the manager and to the employees given Recruitment access.
- An offer ready to share. Each published position has its own link, for an ad, a Facebook page or a message.

Frequently asked questions
Do candidates need to create an account?
No. They open the offer, click “Apply” and send the form with their CV as a PDF or Word file, up to 5 MB.
Do candidates get an automatic reply?
Not by email: a confirmation message appears on screen as soon as the application is sent. What comes next, an invitation or an answer, comes from you.
Can we schedule interviews or run a test inside the module?
Not yet. The “Interview” status and HR notes follow the candidate, but the module has no interview calendar and no online test.
Who can see the CVs?
The manager, and the employees given Recruitment access. Downloading a CV requires being signed in to your company's account.
Is the module available during the trial?
Recruitment is reserved for subscribed accounts. During the demo, the advisor walks you through it step by step, from the offer to the hire.
See the Recruitment module on your own business
Bring to the demo the job offer you plan to publish this month: we create it with you, and you follow an application all the way to the hire.
- The demo. An advisor shows you the Recruitment module on your own business, online and on your screen, and answers your questions. Request a demo.
- The trial version. It is switched on with an advisor during the demo, on your own account: your real products, your real customers, and 14 days to work in it. Create your account to request it.
- The customisation workshops. During the trial, we adapt the screens, documents and settings with you to the way you work. These workshops are free.
You only pay if you decide to continue, and prices are shown before you start on the pricing page (in French).
