Classroom in a training centre where an instructor explains something to a small group of adult learners sitting with their notebooks

Who has paid this month's instalment? Who was absent on Tuesday? Which group is in which room? In a school or a training centre these questions come back every day, and the answers are often spread over three notebooks. The Almawarid Schools and training module brings them together: students, enrolments, payments and attendance in one place.

The payment register and the roll-call sheet: two notebooks that never talk

In a private school, a language centre or a driving school, the secretary records instalments in a notebook, the teacher takes the roll on a sheet of paper, and the director finds out at the end of the term that some students have paid nothing for two months. Chasing takes time, and nobody likes calling parents without a precise figure.

A gym or a crèche lives the same problem in another form: the expired membership that keeps walking in, the parents who want to know how their child's day went. The bigger the establishment, the more these notebooks cost.

One file per student, a payment plan, a roll call that counts

You set the type of establishment in the settings (private school, paramedical school, institute or training centre, driving school, gym, crèche) and the module adapts its screens and vocabulary. Each student has a file, with contact details and the person who pays: a parent or a company. An existing list can be imported from a template Excel file.

An enrolment links the student to an offer (schooling, course, package) and carries an instalment plan. Each instalment collected produces a receipt, including on an 80 mm ticket printer, and the dashboard lists late instalments. Sessions are organised by group and by room in a timetable; the teacher takes the roll (present, absent, late), and a student who reaches the absence threshold you set is flagged.

How it works, in five screens

  1. Plans & pricing: your schooling, courses, packages or memberships, with price and duration.
  2. New enrolment: the student, the offer, the group and the payment plan: instalments and due dates.
  3. Take the roll: for each session, present, absent or late in one gesture, with a justification if needed.
  4. Dashboard: active headcount, late instalments with a “Chase” button that opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and the sessions of the next seven days.
  5. Arrival check-in: in a gym, passing the front desk gives an instant green, orange or red verdict, and the membership renews in one click.

What you gain

  • Unpaid instalments visible every morning. Overdue instalments are listed from oldest to newest, with the amount outstanding.
  • A reminder sent in two taps. The WhatsApp message is ready: name, instalment, amount and due date.
  • Parents kept informed. In a crèche, the child's daily log (arrival, meals, nap, mood, the carer's note) and the weekly menu go to parents by WhatsApp or email.
  • Academic follow-up in the same place. Subjects and coefficients, grade entry, deliberation, report card and school certificate for schools; exam sessions and candidate lists for driving schools.
  • Teachers on their own. Each teacher sees, in “My space”, their sessions of the day and their hours for the month.

Who is it for?

Schools and training serves establishments that collect fees in several payments and track attendance: schools, training centres, driving schools, gyms and crèches.

  • Private schools and paramedical schools
  • Training centres and language schools
  • Driving schools
  • Gyms and sports clubs
  • Crèches and kindergartens

Frequently asked questions

Does the module adapt to a driving school or a gym?

Yes. The type of establishment chosen in the settings changes menus and vocabulary: students and exams for a driving school, members, memberships and check-in for a gym.

Can we import our existing students?

Yes, from a template Excel file the screen provides; the list can also be exported as CSV.

Are parents told about absences?

Not automatically today. Absences are recorded at roll call and flagged at the threshold you set; in a crèche, the daily log goes to the parents.

How are unpaid instalments chased?

The dashboard lists late instalments; the “Chase” button opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and you send it from your own phone.

Can an enrolment be invoiced?

Yes: the enrolment can produce its invoice in the Invoicing module, which is useful when the payer is a company.
