Most lost sales are not lost to a competitor: they are lost because nobody called back. The Almawarid CRM keeps the list of your prospects, tells you every morning whom to follow up, and links each deal to its quotes and invoices.
Prospects in a notebook, follow-ups in someone's head
In a small business, contacts come from everywhere: a call, a referral, a trade fair, a message on the website. They end up in a notebook, a spreadsheet or the salesperson's WhatsApp chats. The day that person goes on leave, or leaves the company, the history goes too.
Without a follow-up date, everything depends on memory. The prospect who expected a call on Tuesday gets it three weeks later, after signing elsewhere. And the manager sees neither how many deals are open nor what they are worth.
A clear pipeline and follow-ups that are never forgotten
Each prospect has a record: contact, company, two phone numbers, email, source, assigned salesperson and deal amount. The pipeline arranges prospects in columns, from New to Won or Lost through Contacted, Qualified, Proposal and Demo, with the total in dinars for each column; you move a card forward by drag and drop, and you rename, recolour or reorder the columns to match the way you sell.
A follow-up is an activity with a date. When you mark it “Done”, you can schedule the next one in three, seven or fourteen days. The “To do” screen sorts follow-ups into overdue, today and upcoming, the menu shows how many are due, and every morning an email lists the prospects to call, sent to the assigned salesperson or, failing that, to the manager. Every call, meeting, email or note stays on the record, visible to the whole team.
From first contact to invoice
- New prospect: the contact, their company, phone numbers, source and the salesperson in charge.
- Pipeline: cards by stage, the value at stake per column, and drag and drop to move a deal forward.
- To do: overdue, today's and upcoming follow-ups, each with the number to call.
- Create for this prospect: a pro forma, a quote or a delivery note in three steps: the customer record is found or created, completed, then the document opens with that customer already selected.
What you gain
- No prospect forgotten. Every follow-up has a date, and the morning email reminds the right person.
- A pipeline that tells the truth. Each quote or pro forma issued moves the customer to Proposal with the real value of the documents, and the invoice moves them to Won.
- History stays in the company. Calls, meetings, emails and notes live on the record, not in the salesperson's phone.
- Rights that fit. You decide, profile by profile, who sees the amounts in the pipeline.
- Won means ready to invoice. Moving a prospect to Won prepares their customer record for invoicing.

Frequently asked questions
Can we import a list of prospects?
Not from a file yet: prospects are entered one by one, or created automatically from your quotes and pro formas. Excel import exists today for customers, products and suppliers.
Does the CRM follow up with the customer by itself?
No: it prepares the follow-up and reminds you, it contacts nobody on your behalf. The WhatsApp button on the record opens the chat with the prospect and logs the attempt in their history.
Can the pipeline stages be adapted?
Yes: you rename, recolour, reorder, add or delete columns. Won and Lost are always there, and prospects from a deleted column move to the first one.
What about prospects with no interest?
You archive them: they leave the list and the pipeline without being deleted, and you find them in the archive.
Does the CRM work on a phone?
Yes, in the phone's browser and in the Android app: you open a record, add a note or schedule a follow-up from the field.
